Our swimsuits are not mass produced and every piece is made-to-order. The same level of attention and care is given towards each garment and everything is handmade in-house. No one garment is exactly the same. All garments are thoroughly inspected before leaving the studio and we will not allow anything to leave before we’re absolutely 100% happy with it. Rest assured, the hands that made each piece had a hearty cup of tea close by to keep the sewing happy.

Should anything happen whereby you’ll be unhappy with the purchase, we will make it a priority to fix the situation and move forward. However, Churpina does reserve the right to refuse to repair or replace the swimming garment if the care instructions are not followed, or if malicious damage or behavior is observed.

Please note that swimwear is packaged in the fabric drawstring bag when a full bikini set is purchased (top and bottom) or a one-piece suit. In case of single item purchases, a branded Churpina box is used. Children’s swimsuits are also packaged in the Churpina branded box.

We enjoy watching you play designer and actually encourage it! If you like a particular cut but feel a different color resonates more with your style, well now you can! This is how it works:

  1. Choose a cut you like eg. triangle bikini top
  2. Choose your size
  3. Choose the colors you want it to be made in (refer to fabric video) front, back and straps and leave us your instructions in the comment section before checkout
  4. We also allow minor alterations to an item, like narrower/wider straps or increase or decrease coverage, at NO EXTRA COST
  5. If you require a completely custom piece though prices will vary, depending on how complex the item is. Kindly bear in mind that if we don’t already have a sewing pattern available, we’ll need to draft one especially for you and its very time consuming. But try us, we have a large collection of swimwear cuts already available and waiting to be used. Kindly allow extra time for sewing since it will be done just for you.

We accept PayPal payments through our website. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout as a guest by providing your Credit Card details via a third-party, safe and secure server (PayPal). You can also pay directly via BOV Mobile Pay or Revolut but the transaction would need to be done outside of the website and with me personally. Send a message via our website contact form or through our socials if you prefer this method of payment.

Clients within Malta will have their items delivered to their choice of address by a reliable local courier service. Orders under €35 are charged a small fee of €3, orders over €35 are FREE of charge. International clients will have their items registered and sent by a reputable courier service against a fee depending on the country of choice. Shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout.

For purchases made in Malta, clients have 5 working days (from the date of receiving the item) to return the product should they be unhappy in any way. For international purchases, 14 days are allowed for its return.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged as it is highly unlikely that we can re-sell a completely customized suit. Before ordering please ensure that the correct size is taken and ordered . If in doubt on how to take your measurements, please contact us, we’ll be happy to help and guide you.

For health and hygiene reasons, products must be returned strictly unused, unlaundered, undamaged and unsoiled and in a re-sellable condition. Items must be returned with original packaging and have all tags attached. Unfortunately, an exchange or return cannot be processed if the requested criteria are not met.

When your item is received, please try on the bikini bottom or swimsuit with the hygiene sticker in place. The item cannot be returned without the hygiene sticker in its original state or if the garment is soiled.

The return postage and tax costs must be paid by the client. Kindly ensure that the return package is correctly paid (and registered if possible). We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage. A refund will be issued within 30 days from receiving the returned item.
